2010年1月『21st Century Breakdown』を携えたジャパン・ツアーより、埼玉スーパーアリーナでの1月23&24日のステージを、いずれもハイクオリティー・オーディエンス・レコーディングにて、両日共にコンプリート収録。冒頭ウサギの着ぐるみによるパフォーマンスから、セカンド・アンコールのビリーによるアコギのソロ・パフォーマンスまで、完璧なステージ進行でおこなわれたショーの全てを、アリーナAのPA卓前から録音された臨場感溢れる極上品質のオリジナル・マスターより収めたもので、2009年5月赤坂BLITZにおけるプレミア・ライブ以上に素晴らしいもので、バンドが繰り出す圧倒的な音圧と、大観衆による合唱は鳥肌もの。大いに盛り上がった2日間をカンペキなクオリティーでコンパイルしてここに。
