キャリアを総括した2019年グレイテスト・ヒッツ・ライブ『MY SONGS』ツアーでの来日公演は、10月7日から全国5公演が行なわれることに。
その東京2公演となる10月9&10日幕張メッセでのライブを、いずれもサウンドボード・レベルのデジタル・オーディエンス・レコーディングにてコンプリート収録。そして先のユーロ&USツアー同様、究極のベスト・セレクト・ライブ、ポリスから9曲、ソロから11曲の約半分づつで、セット内容は2公演とも共通ながら、初日の福岡にはなかった「Seven Days」がともにセットイン。
なお究極ベストな中で、「If You Can’t Find Love」はツアー・メンバーのケヴォン・ウェブスターやメリッサ・ムジーク、ジーン・ノーブルを活かすためのセレクトかと思えるもので、メリッサとジーンは『44/876』にも参加しており、この曲では素晴らしいボーカルを披露。
とにかくベスト・セットを2公演コンパイルした、ファン必携の来日限定コレクターズ・エディション。
