2024年ジャパン・ツアーより、その3日目となる9月26日東京ガーデン・シアターでのライブを、マルチ・ステレオIEMマトリクス音源にさらにディミックス＆リマスターを施しフル収録し、さらに当日のライブをハイクオリティー・オーディエンス・ショットで収めたブルーレイ付きのリミテッド・エディションがプレス2CD+1ブルーレイ仕様にて。
まず本タイトルはXAVELレーベルから既リリース・タイトル(2CDR+1DVDR仕様)のアップグレード・ヴァージョンで、充分ハイブリッド・サウンドだったマルチIEMマトリクス音源を、さらにディミックス＆リマスター処理し、IEM音源特有のクリック、ガイドはもちろん、オーディエンス・ノイズ等もカンペキに除去した、まさにオフィシャル・レベルの最終決定盤として永久保存プレス2CDにて。
さらに限定付属のブルーレイは、こちらも既リリースのDVD-Rをアップグレードさせたもので、音声パートはもちろん本タイトルのデミックス&リマスター音源をシンクロさせており、なによりその大容量を活かし、元素材そのままのHDクオリティーの映像素材を圧縮することなく収録しているので、DVD以上に映像&音声クオリティーは格段にアップ。
そして今回のツアーのセオリー通り、『SOMEWHERE IN TIME』と『戦術』が融合したそのセットは、前年から変わらないものの、東京都内では唯一の公演であり、その模様をこのクオリティーで体感できるファン必携の来日限定メモリアル・アイテム。
