BOB DYLAN /Japan Tour 2010 Tokyo 7Days Complete (14CD BOXSET)

来日公演音源で評判の高いXAVELレーベルより、2010年ジャパン・ツアーでの東京7公演すべてを、ハイクオリティー・オーディエンス・レコーディングにてコンプリート収録しセットにしたタイトルが、100セット限定プレス14CDセットのリミテッド・エディションにて。
本セットは2020年4月に予定されていた来日公演が、コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴い中止となったため、同レーベルからこれまで単品で既リリースされていた7タイトルをセットとしたもので、その溜飲を下げる意味も込めて特別価格にて提供。

そして全14公演におよんだジャパン・ツアーから3月21日から29日にかけてのZepp東京公演の模様を、すべてハイクオリティー・オーディエンス・ソースに、24bitデジタル・リマスタリングを施したそのサウンドは、ディランのボーカルを中心に、バンド・アンサンブルの全てをバランス調整も施した本レーベルならではの高音質盤にて。
そしてこの時の来日は大阪で5公演、名古屋で2公演を終えて東京へと乗り込み7公演すべてがライブハウスという、世界中のファンから羨望を受けたツアーで、しかも後年の来日公演ではセットリストがほぼ固定で固められていたのに対して、2010年は連日セットリストを大幅に変更しており、次に何が飛び出すかわからないという、まさにプレミアム・ライブとして、この時のツアーを来日公演のベストに挙げるファンも多いハズ。

プリンスのアーカイブ・シリーズより、90年代NPG名義でのアルバムをリミックス＆リマスターで再構成した、2020年最新編集ベスト・アルバム『ニュー・パワー・ゴールド』が、限定ロー・プライス、プレス2CD仕様にて。
90年代初めからプリンスのバックバンドとして活動を続けてきた、ニュー・パワー・ジェネレーション（NPG）名義による3枚のアルバムから、新たにリミックス＆リマスターで再編集したベスト・アルバムが本タイトル。

これは1993年の『GOLD NIGGA』から、1995年『EXODUS』、そして1998年の『NEW POWER SOUL』からの、シングル・ヒットやキラー・チューンを中心にセレクトし、新たにプロユース編集にて再構築したもので、NPG名義だとあくまでもバンド主体でプリンス自身が全面に出る事は少ないながら、実質プリンスの別プロジェクトとしてメンバー・チェンジを繰り返しながら、チャカ・カーンやラリー・グラハムとも共演するなど、進化し続けた90年代NPGを総括した内容にて。そして最新編集だけに全トラック2020年デジタル・リマスタリングも施されており、やはり今回もファン必携の限定コレクターズ・エディション。
