2026年『ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES』リリースに伴う3年ぶりの来日から、その初日となった1月26日東京・日本武道館でのライブを、マルチ・ステレオIEMマトリクス音源にてフル収録し、さらに当日のライブをハイクオリティー・オーディエンス・ショットで収めたDVD-R付きのリミテッド・エディションにて。
まず各メンバーらがそれぞれステージ上で使用していた、各々ミックス・バランスの異なるステレオIEMソースと、デジタル・オーディエンス・ソースを絶妙のバランスでミックス、マルチIEMマトリクスとし、ブライアンのボーカル、そしてベース、ギターをセンターに、ドラム、リードギター、キーボードの各楽器も完璧な定位とセパレートで。しかもありがちなクリック・ガイド類もほとんど無く、武道館の空気感を余すところなく伝えるハイブリッド・サウンドにて、当日の模様をサウンドボード・クオリティーにて再現。
さらにデジタル・カメラによるDVD映像は4Kマスターからの収録で、会場2F席最前列からステージ全容を捉えた映像は障害物も一切無く、また要所ではスクリーン映像や空中を漂う巨大なパンチング・グローブまでしっかり収められており、特にスクリーン映像でのブライアン本人も語る通り「This Time」のオリジナル・ムービーは必見。しかも音声パートはCDのマルチIEMマトリクス・ソースをシンクロさせており、その音声も含めてそのクオリティーはYoutubeなどの断片的な映像とは雲伝の差。
そして記念すべきこの日本での初演は、まず結果的に翌日の武道館や大阪公演よりも、カヴァーの「Twist and Shout」を含めて2曲多いセットリストとなっており、他にも前回来日にはなかった「Heat Of The Night」などもプレイしつつ、『ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES』からは4曲を日本初披露で、現役観をアピール。そんな素晴らしい一夜を最高のクオリティーで完全再現した来日限定メモリアル・アイテム。
