MUSE / THE DAWN WALL -Live in Japan 2025 (3CDR+1DVDR)
8年ぶりとなる2025年来日公演の9月25日横浜Kアリーナでのライブを、マルチ・ステレオIEMマトリクス音源にてフル収録し、さらに当日のライブをハイクオリティー・オーディエンス・ショットで収めたDVD-R付きのリミテッド・エディションにて。
まず各メンバーらがそれぞれステージ上で使用していた、各々ミックス・バランスの異なるステレオIEMソースと、デジタル・オーディエンス・ソースを絶妙のバランスでミックス、マルチIEMマトリクスとし、クリック・ガイドが入る以外は、会場の空気感を余すところなく伝えるハイブリッド・サウンドにて、当日の模様をサウンドボード・クオリティーにて再現。
なお比較的多いクリック・ガイドが気になるというファンのために、オリジナル・オーディエンス音源もディスク後半に追加収録しており、熱狂的な会場の盛り上がりと、唸りをあげて迫りくる重低音をリアルに捉えたサウンドは充分聴きごたえがあり、また前半部分のマルチ・ステレオIEMマトリクス音源とミックスしたいというファンのために、両ソースのピッチもアジャスト。
さらにデジタル・カメラによるDVD映像は4Kマスターからの収録で、会場設置のスクリーンを全編捉えたプロショット感覚のスクリーン・ショットとなっており、しかも音声パートはCDのマルチIEMマトリクス・ソースをシンクロさせており、その音声も含めてそのクオリティーはYoutubeなどの断片的な映像とは雲伝の差。
そしてコロナ禍に端を発し、世界規模で広がりを見せている紛争や暴力の連鎖に正面から取り組んだ最新アルバム『Will of the People』を携えてのワールド・ツアーの一環で、同アルバム・ナンバーを軸にもちろんこれまでの代表ナンバーもぎっしり。
